The company is now the only private residential, Scottish-owned property factor to hold the nationally recognised quality mark.
The Customer Service Excellence framework assesses organisations across five key areas, including customer insight, organisational culture, information and access, service delivery and engagement with customers.
Newton said the accreditation reflects ongoing investment in improving customer service and day-to-day operations.
Recent initiatives include enhanced regional engagement, a 24-hour emergency helpline and clearer communication to help homeowners better understand the role of a property factor.
Headquartered in Glasgow, Newton Property Management was founded in 2001 by Stephen O’Neill, who now serves as chairman.
The company manages around 40,000 properties across Scotland and operates regional offices in Aberdeen, Inverness and Greenock.
Lewis Littlejohn, head of property management at Newton, said: “Good customer service in factoring isn’t just about being responsive, it’s about being straight with homeowners and helping them understand that most decisions in a shared building sit with them, not us.
“Our job is to guide, support and communicate clearly, making sure things get done and owners are kept in the loop.”
Vincent Goldie, chief executive officer at Newton Property Management, said: “Achieving the Customer Service Excellence standard is a major milestone for Newton and a proud moment for the whole team.
“To become the only private residential, Scottish-owned property factor to receive this accreditation is something we are extremely proud of, but we also see it as a responsibility.
“This is not a one-off badge.
“It is a standard we must continue to build on every year.”
