North East law firm Mincoffs Solicitors has appointed experienced commercial property lawyer Matthew Miller as partner in its growing real estate team.
Matthew joins with experience at regional and national law firms, advising businesses, property investors, developers, occupiers and lenders across the North East and wider UK.
His expertise covers the commercial real estate lifecycle, including acquisitions and disposals, property finance, portfolio management, landlord and tenant matters and the property aspects of corporate transactions.
He has particular experience across the hospitality and leisure, industrial and logistics, office and property development sectors.
