Property consultancy, Harris Lamb has expanded its commercial agency team with the appointment of Scott Osborne, who will focus on the East Midlands region.
Osborne joins as a director at the firm’s Nottingham office, bringing 17 years of experience from Innes England, where he worked his way up from a graduate placement to director.
He specialises in acquisition, disposal and development consultancy. He also has extensive experience advising on landlord and tenant matters, property management, and business rates.
