A PROPERTY consultancy is bolstering its south coast operations with two new appointments.
Vail Williams has welcomed Finn Rawlings to its Bournemouth office as a surveyor, while Andrew Lubman joins the Southampton team as a senior surveyor specialising in property development consultancy.
Russell Miller, managing partner for the South Coast at Vail Williams, said: “Finn and Andrew further strengthen our growing service provision for private and public sector clients.
“Finn will be assisting with commercial property acquisitions, lease negotiations, disposals, and strategic property advice, helping clients make informed decisions in a competitive market.”

Mr Rawlings, who previously held a general practice role at Symonds & Sampson in Poundbury, Dorset, said: “I look forward to supporting Vail Williams’ agency team in Bournemouth on leasehold acquisitions and disposals across Dorset and the south coast for landlords and occupiers.”
Both new hires are graduates of Oxford Brookes University with degrees in real estate.
Mr Lubman, who also holds a master’s degree in regeneration and previously worked as a senior development surveyor at Hampshire County Council, said: “I’m excited to be joining Vail Williams, working with clients on regeneration and development to unlock complex sites and deliver commercially viable, sustainable development.”
