Plans for a A$1.5 billion (R17.85 billion) Trump Tower in Queensland, Australia, have been scrapped after the developer bailed out over Donald Trump’s “toxic” brand and the Iran war.
This comes just three months after the deal was announced, reports world news correspondent Adam Gilchrist.
The 91-storey building was intended to be Australia’s tallest, measuring 335 metres high.
It was set to feature a 285-room luxury hotel, high-end retail plaza, restaurants and residential apartments.
