Press Release

Dubai, UAE: The 22nd edition of IPS concluded at Dubai World Trade Centre, establishing new benchmarks for institutional investor engagement and deal-making activity across the global real estate sector.

The three day summit, held from 7 to 9 September under the strategic partnership of the Dubai Land Department, brought together 48,716 visitors and 140 speakers alongside key exhibitors, policymakers, and investment decision-makers seeking direct access to Dubai’s most significant development portfolios.

Majid Al Marri, CEO of Corporate Real Estate Sector at Dubai Land Department, said: “The strategic partnership between Dubai Land Department and the International Property Show reflects the value of collaboration among regulators, developers, investors and stakeholders across the real estate ecosystem. Over three days, the exhibition provided an important platform for direct engagement, showcasing opportunities in Dubai’s real estate market and highlighting the continued evolution of its services, digital solutions, and market data to the global investment community. We remain committed to working with our partners to advance an efficient and transparent real estate ecosystem that strengthens investor confidence and creates broader opportunities for investment, partnership and sustainable growth, in line with the objectives of the Dubai Real Estate Strategy 2033 and the Dubai Economic Agenda D33.”

Leading developers including Azizi Properties, Binghatti, Danube, Fakhruddin Properties, SanZen, and Union Properties showcased landmark residential, mixed–use, and commercial developments, facilitating unprecedented direct engagement with institutional investors and capital allocators.

Dawood Al Shezawi, President of IPS, said: “I am proud to say this year’s IPS exceeded every expectation, attracting more than 35,000 visitors and successfully bringing together global institutional capital and Dubai’s most significant development operators in an environment designed for real outcomes and the results speak for themselves. Strategic partnerships have been forged, investment opportunities have been advanced, and the world’s investment community has reaffirmed that IPS remains the essential marketplace for global real estate capital.”

PropTech innovation zones showcased emerging technologies reshaping property transactions and asset management, whilst investment destination forums enabled direct dialogue between capital allocators and development operators.

The co–location with AIM Congress, the world’s leading investment platform, extended IPS’s relevance beyond property transactions to encompass the broader institutional investment networks, technology infrastructure, and cross–border capital ecosystems that define contemporary investment cycles.

Visitor feedback highlighted the platform’s role in accelerating investment decisions and establishing long-term strategic partnerships.

Institutional participants engaged directly with development portfolios spanning residential communities, hospitality developments, smart city infrastructure, and mixed–use precincts, positioning Dubai’s real estate sector within the context of broader economic diversification and sustainability frameworks.
