UK asset manager for property finance, LendInvest, has made three new appointments to its property development finance team.
The portfolio management team has been broadened through the appointments of Matt Freeman as senior portfolio manager, as well as portfolio managers Keisi Morina and Andrew Ferguson, boosting the firm’s credit underwriting, legal due diligence, and financial analysis.
